Spread Agency has been established for over 10 years and are located in The Gasworks, in the centre of Belfast, one of Europe's foremost urban regeneration projects and ideally positioned for major transport links. We aim to offer the highest of standard of customer service and the hardworking, knowledgeable and professional team offer a highly client focused service, with the greatest levels of integrity and honesty throughout.

Our property sales team have extensive experience in buying and selling houses and apartments. Our services cover all of the capital from South Belfast to East Belfast to West Belfast and to North Belfast. We also have properties throughout the province of Northern Ireland.

Our property lettings and management department manages a large portfolio of residential property predominantly in the Greater Belfast area. We cover all aspects of property management required by both landlords and tenants. For landlords, our dedicated staff will inspect, maintain and deal with all daily aspects of your property while also advising on how to prepare your property for letting so that you receive the best rental income from your investment. While for tenants, we aim to provide a quality product and a quality service to aid you in your search for the ideal home.
