Spread Agency Point of Contact, let us take care of the problems...Whilst you're at work Spread Agency recognise that many of our landlords have extremely busy lives and other commitments aside from their properties. In order to assist with the day-to-day management of rented properties Spread Agency offer a unique 'Point of Contact' service to all our landlords.
This optional service gives both the landlord and the tenant peace of mind that any problems with the property during the tenancy can be referred to Spread Agency. The 'Point of Contact' service may include:
- Dealing with reports from Tenants in relation to necessary repairs. Obtaining quotations for repair work and organising for repairs to be carried out by an approved contractor on behalf of the landlord.
- Assisting the Landlord with regard to arranging buildings and/or contents insurance cover.
- Processing of all Tenants' applications fr lease renewals, surrenders, alterations, insurance claims, etc.
- Periodic inspection of the property to ensure compliance with the lease terms.
